Position type: Full-time/ Contract Duration: 6+ months Location: 136-65 37th Ave. Flushing, NY 11354 Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM As a Care Delivery Manager, you will: Day to Day Responsibilities Support nursing standards of excellence and deliver high-quality care through advanced professional education and effective care management.
