Our client, a diamond wholesaler , is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the front-facing representative of their New York City office. This individual will create a warm and professional first impression for clients and partners, while supporting the team with essential administrative and operational tasks. Role Responsibilities Welcome visitors and maintain a polished reception area. Manage a high volume, multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately. Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and merchandise shipments. Support basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.
