Description Job Overview: As an Accounting Administrative Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounts receivable department. You will coordinate a variety of tasks and responsibilities that aid in providing the highest level of support to our clients. This in-person role is available at our Manhattan office in New York. Your Responsibilities: Coordinate internal communications for the general ledger department and manage ticketing system requests. Collaborate with Global Treasury Services to identify and retrieve missing bank statements. Compile audit documentation and generate reports from internal systems. Print, compile, and mail tax returns to appropriate recipients. Track audit and tax filing statuses to ensure deadlines are met.
