Overview Division Counsel, Default Title Operations acts as a lead attorney providing specialized, high-level legal advice and strategic guidance to the default title business units. This position will work with business operations management to establish a claims process, audit the default title process, resolve claims, and provide strategic advice for mitigating risk throughout the default title life cycle. This position reports to the Chief Legal Officer. Objectives of this role Assess the default title business lines from an operational and legal risk perspective.
