Position Summary The Personal Care Provider (PCP) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers non-medical home care services to clients in their residences. This role focuses on assisting clients with activities of daily living, ensuring a safe home environment, and providing compassionate companionship in accordance with each client’s individualized care plan and agency policies.
