THE OPPORTUNITY This is a chance to lead as the farm manager at Cape Foulwind Farm, you’ll have the space, support, and trust to run the farm well, lead a strong team, and make decisions that matter. You’ll be supported by an experienced Business Manager and work alongside a capable team, so you’re not doing this alone. On top of that, you’ll have access to Pāmu’s wider group of experts - including people who support HR, finance, communications, sustainability, and health and safety. That means you can focus on leading the farm, knowing you’ve got specialist advice to back you up when you need it. This support lets you concentrate on what’s important - keeping the farm running smoothly day to day, planning, looking after people, and setting the farm up for long-term success. You’ll have real influence over how the business performs, financially and environmentally, and how the team works together.
