JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a Contract Industrial Engineer in Watertown, WI with experience conducting time studies and driving process improvements within manufacturing or industrial environments. This role will focus on analyzing workflows, establishing labor standards, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to optimize productivity, cost, and operational performance. This is a hands-on position requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to work directly on the production floor.
