Residence Hall Coordinator. The ResidenceHall Coordinator (RHC) is a full-time, live-in professional responsible for the day-to-day
management of an assigned residence hallcommunity. A meal plan is included in the benefits. The RHC fosters a safe, inclusive, and
student-centered living environment that supportsstudent well-being, academic success, and community engagement consistent with the mission
and values of Clinton College. The RHCprovides supervision and development of Resident Assistants (RAs), responds to student
