Reading Specialist About Us At Atidaynu – Our Future School, we empower children with autism by helping them build communication, academic, and life skills in a supportive elementary school environment. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and individualized instruction, we ensure each student reaches their fullest potential. Responsibilities Plan and teach reading instruction in small-group and classroom settings. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and BCBAs to integrate reading supports into the school day. Collect data, monitor progress, and adapt instruction as needed. Contribute to a positive, structured classroom environment aligned with ABA practices.
