Guest Services Admin Attendant (Front Desk) Assist guests in person and on the phone. Book walk-in guests for desired experiences. Communicate with Safari Bus Drivers. Pull retail stock for gift shop. Assist staff, multi-task to complete various job duties including testing water, checking phone messages, attending to Lodge bathroom trash and quick clean-ups, maintain copier paper supply, replenish forms and checklists for staff. Qualifications: Positive personality, polite, well-spoken and punctual attendance. Excellent match, communication and time management skills. Fill grain feed cups/totes for Safari Bus tours. Fill grain buckets and cups for drive-thru guests. Use iPad booking system for sales. Capture license plate information for every vehicle entering the Park. Maintain a clean and organized shed. Communicate with other staff members using a two-way radio. Safari Bus Driver-Guide (Must be 21 or older) Responsibilities: Perform bus readiness inspection using provided checklist. Wipe bus seats when needed prior to tours. Complete tour log. Greet, verify guest presale admission using iPad booking system, handle animal feed, load guests on and off the bus. Educate guests throughout tour about Park animals, history, stories. Monitor guests throughout the tour, maintaining a safe tour for guests and animals. Sell animal feed for guests wishing to purchase more while in the Park. Communicate with Guest Services and Drive-Thru Admissions before departing for tour. Quick sweep bus between tours. Sweep, clean bus after last tour at end of shift.
