What You’ll Do As A Freight Broker: Prospect, engage, and close new shipper accounts via phone, email, and networking Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers Negotiate rates and coordinate shipments with carriers and shippers Use systems to prospect customers, quote, and track shipments. Communicate proactively to ensure smooth delivery and resolve issues Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Compensation & Structure: 1099 Contractor Position Hourly Pay: $16.50/hr (in-office) Commission: 50% of gross profit for loads you cover for your customers.
