Job Duties The Self-Directed Hiring Technician provides an exceptional new hire experience for Lifeworks employees by managing all aspects of the onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding processes for fiscal staff. The Self-Directed Hiring Technician oversees the distribution of hiring events, ensures completion of all required documentation, and supports new hires through each stage of the onboarding process.
