Summary The Intermountain Region includes Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, and portions of Montana. The Regional Director oversees around 10.4 million acres including 87 parks, 8 National Heritage Areas, 11 National Historic Trails. The Regional Director manages park superintendents, including three Senior Executive Service (SES) Superintendents, deputy regional directors, associate regional directors, full-time and seasonal staff and volunteers in a variety of disciplines.
