Youth Programs Director Recreational and Competitive Climbing Programs (Youth Programs) The Rock Club’s Youth Programs Director (YPD) plays a key role in the success of our recreational and competitive youth programming. In this position, you will oversee the development, instruction, and daily operations of our Youth Programs, while helping guide climbers from recreational participation into our competitive pipeline. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic leader who thrives working with youth, builds strong teams, and is passionate about climbing instruction and athlete development.
