Job Description: The Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative and financial support to faculty, researchers, students, and visitors in the Department of Visual Art. This includes: planning and management of visiting artist programs and Department events, meetings and undergraduate activities; arranging travel logistics and hospitality arrangements; processing transactions, reimbursements, and purchase orders and monitoring the budget; providing academic support to faculty and distributing mail. The Coordinator is also responsible for general administrative support for the Department and assists with calendar management, event support, answering general inquiries, inputting maintenance requests and tracking them and liaising with internal offices.
