The Denver Hospice is seeking a strong clinical leader to oversee operations of our 24 hour Inpatient Care Center (ICC). This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse manager who enjoys leading through change, rebuilding team culture, and strengthening clinical operations within a highly visible program. The ICC provides short term symptom management and higher acuity support when patients cannot be safely managed in other care settings. Leadership is currently focused on strengthening team structure, resetting operational standards, and positioning the unit for continued growth and long term stability.
