Our client is a founder-led women’s fashion brand with a loyal and growing customer community, an active retail presence, and high standards for how the store looks, runs, and feels to everyone who walks in. The Cleveland location functions both as a flagship retail boutique and as the primary fulfillment hub for the brand’s e-commerce operation — which means this role carries real operational weight beyond the sales floor. The brand and location details will be shared with qualified candidates upon initial screening. The Role This is an ownership role, not a floor role. The store needs a manager who takes full responsibility for what happens inside it — the customer experience, the team, the inventory, the fulfillment operation, and the daily standard.
