About the Role The Event Producer is a full-time, in-office position that supports the Event Sales team by managing the planning, coordination, and execution of events from proposal through production. This role serves as a key organizational and communication hub, ensuring timelines, logistics, and event details are handled accurately and efficiently. Working closely with Event Sales Designers and internal production teams, the Event Producer helps translate creative vision into seamless, well-executed events while maintaining HMR Designs’ standards of quality and professionalism. This role represents HMR Designs through thoughtful design leadership, strategic sales, and exceptional client service. Working collaboratively with internal teams and creative partners, the Event Sales Designer leads clients through the sales and design process from initial inquiry through execution, ensuring clarity, creativity, and seamless delivery at every stage.
