Candidate must be admitted to the New York bar with 2 – 5 years’ litigation experience. This position will primarily focus on foreclosure defense, landlord/tenant, divorce and family law, general litigation, criminal defense, probate/administrations, and real estate. Experience may also include clerkship with Judges in a relevant field, or internships with the Public Defender’s office, District Attorney’s office, etc. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, and a desire to genuinely assist clients is mandatory.
