Summary This position is in the Southwestern Region located on the Lincoln National Forest in Alamogordo, NM. Responsibilities Supports the unit in recruiting, managing, and implementing partnership programs, including training and site visits. Works with local communities, State and federal agencies, and other participating organizations to develop collaborative strategies and integrate existing programs and efforts where practical. Assists forests in developing and implementing Partnership Programs that are responsive to the goals, needs, and demands of all parties involved. Advises and recommends innovative approaches for avoiding and/or resolving problems and reducing conflicts.
