Petition Processing Clerk The Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Western District of Tennessee, Eastern Division, Timothy H. Ivy, is seeking an individual to fill a FULL TIME Petition Processing Clerk position. The Chapter 13 Trustee’s Office administers the Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court, of the Western District of Tennessee, Eastern Division. Job Duties- Involves the receipt and initial review and processing of all petitions filed seeking relief under the provisions of Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Work Characteristics- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Strong data entry skills, organizational and time management skills.
