Associate Attorney – Immigration Summary: The Associate Attorney analyzes cases, prepares legal documents, and represents clients before immigration authorities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in immigration law. This is a remote position, but the candidate must reside in Illinois or a neighboring state (e.g., Indiana, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Kentucky) as they will be handling cases from these regions. Duties: Represent clients in immigration hearings, interviews, and other proceedings. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support immigration cases and provide guidance to clients. Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents as required. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and answering their questions.
