Positional Expectations: The Kids Ministry Pastor/Director* leads and directs the Arise Kids ministry (birth through 5th grade) of Arise Church Denver, a ministry that both kids and parents love that helps kids become lifelong followers of Jesus. The Why: Following Jesus is the path to the fullest life, and the KD comes alongside families to help kids begin that lifetime journey. *At Arise, we license people to be pastors if they meet certain criteria. We would be open to hiring a pastoral-level or a directorial-level staff person. Both levels are open to men and women. Roles & Responsibilities DIRECT ARISE KIDS Actively recruit, train, and motivate a volunteer team to passionately minister to our kids in fresh and creative ways.
