Hiring: Coordination Manager – Construction Development (NYC) EDRE Development We’re looking for a Coordination Manager to oversee design and construction coordination across architects, engineers, and contractors for our NYC multifamily and condo projects. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate drawings/models across all design consultants * Identify conflicts and ensure plans are fully aligned before construction * Lead coordination meetings + track decisions/action items * Manage specifications, materials, and system selections * Support preconstruction, VE, and constructability reviews * Utilize AutoCAD/ZCAD and Revit for model + document coordination Qualifications: * Background in architecture, engineering, or construction (preferred) * Strong technical understanding of building systems * Proficient in AutoCAD/ZCAD and Revit * Excellent communication + organizational skills * Full-time position * No remote work options Why EDRE?
