Position Summary : The Way of the Shepherd Catholic Montessori School is seeking a Math Montessori Guide to teach math in our Adolescent (7th-8th Grade) environment during the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time position approximately 2 hours daily, 4-5 days per week. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Serving as the Math Teacher for the Adolescent Environment as instructed by the Director of Pedagogy. Creating 3-part daily lesson plans: Review basic skills and supplementing as necessary Review and practice grade level concepts and skills using the Integrated Math program by Michael Waski from The Math Institute Introduce, teach and practice Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1 concepts using Montessori Algebra for the Adolescent by Michael Waski from The Math Institute Make copies and prepare materials as needed for daily math lessons before children arrive Refill any necessary materials for work Maintain communication with Classroom Guide to discuss student needs...
