Assistant Controller | Burlington, MA | Hybrid $130–150K base + bonus Our client, a growing company in the Burlington area is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team in a highly visible, hands-on accounting role reporting directly to Finance leadership. Responsibilities Include : Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities Maintain general ledger accuracy and oversee reconciliations Support AP, AR, invoicing, and cash management processes Assist with inventory analysis and operational accounting activities Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows and reporting Support ERP/system enhancements and process improvement initiatives Assist with financial reporting, internal controls, and ad hoc analysis Qualifications Include: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Prior experience in an Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller capacity preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close...
