The Department of Mental Health (DMH) is seeking to hire an intern who will support its Clinical Professional Services (CPS) Division in Central Office Boston. Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive): The intern will work on: Behavioral Health Treatment and Referral Platform (BHTRP) Data review daily (monthly, YTD) Update Expedited Psychiatric Inpatient Admission website with resources and dashboards/ data trends Maintaining relationships with stakeholders Responsible for updating (BHTRP) referral database and ensuring status updates are accurate throughout the day Maintaining Insurers, Eds, and psychiatric facilities contact lists Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Organizational skills, ability to handle private and sensitive information as well as multitasking Ability to work well within a team, offering assistance and contributing to group projects...
