Position Summary The Peer Support Recovery Specialist is a supervised, non-licensed support role that provides milieu support, engagement assistance, basic skills reinforcement, and operational support for the IOP and outpatient services. The BHT does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or independent treatment decisions. The position supports the treatment team in maintaining a safe, recovery-oriented environment and in carrying out program routines consistent with BHDDH standards and Thrive Point Recovery policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support group and individual session logistics (e.g., room setup, attendance tracking, reminders) under the direction of licensed clinical staff.
