GenAI Content Development Consultant Position Overview We are seeking a creative and driven Adobe GenAI Content Development Consultant to join our pharmaceutical client's team. This role focuses on utilizing Adobe's AI tools to enhance content production and optimize paid media strategies. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Adobe AI technologies to create engaging and impactful content that drives results. They should be experts in GenAI content development, particularly for Paid Media / Performance Marketing initiatives. This is a 40-hour-per-week 12-month contract position. Candidates ideally can work hybrid on-site in either Arden Hills, MN or Marlborough, MA, but we are open to considering remote candidates. Key Responsibilities Using AI tools, develop, design, and manage creative assets for paid media campaigns across programmatic, social, endemic, search, display, video, and emerging platforms. Use tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe FireFly and Adobe Gen Studio to create, optimize, and personalize content at scale. Work directly with business unit partners to apply AI-driven design tools that produce brand-safe ads, accelerate campaign deployment, and enable efficient A/B testing. Demonstrate strong knowledge of AI-driven creative development using Adobe GenStudio to generate innovative content variations and unlock new creative possibilities. Utilize AI to streamline workflows, generate variations, and unlock innovative creative opportunities for in-market testing. Act as a change agent, identifying opportunities to improve workflows and implementing process improvements that increase speed-to-market and creative quality. Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to align creative with campaign goals, audience insights, and performance metrics. Maintain brand consistency across paid media touchpoints through the use of AI and in close collaboration with our Global Brand team. In partnership with Digital Marketing Managers and creative teams, test and refine creative assets through data-driven insights and experimentation. Manage content calendars, versioning, and creative workflows to support rapid campaign execution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, creative best practices, and advancements in AI and Adobe technologies. Partner with external agencies as needed to scale production. Qualifications Proven experience with Adobe AI tools such as GenStudio and FireFly. Open to considering different GenAI Strong knowledge of content production processes and best practices. Experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns. Experience implementing GenAI tools, workflows, and internal training teams on best practices. Knowledgeable in measuring the performance of Paid Media and/or GenAI content, or experience partnering with analytical teams/agencies on data-driven decision making of content. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
