Schedule: Flexible, includes weekends and holidays

About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for guests by providing exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
  • Process payments and verify billing accuracy
  • Maintain lobby cleanliness and uphold Tru brand standards
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Hilton PEP system is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable using computers and hotel PMS systems
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
