As a Design Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and assurance of new products. You will engage in phase reviews and design reviews, collaborating closely with R&D to manage design inputs and outputs, ensuring adherence to design standards and regulatory guidelines. Your expertise will contribute to the verification and validation processes, including usability assessments, while enhancing quality system deliverables.
Responsibilities
This role requires the ability to travel up to 10%. The position is ideally based in Minneapolis, with the expectation of working five days a week in the office. The work environment supports collaboration with R&D and external consultants, ensuring that all design and quality standards are met.

Competitive Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $82,049 - $123,073. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
