Part-Time Physical Therapist (14–16 Hours/Week) | Maple Grove, MN / Northwest Metro area
$42–$55/hour DOE

This role gives you the freedom to work across several premium client locations while helping employees move better, prevent injuries, and feel stronger every day.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team part-time (14–16 hours/week, Monday–Friday), with the potential to increase hours over time. If you enjoy autonomy, proactive care, and variety in your schedule, this role is perfect for you.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead Workplace Wellness Programs: Deliver on-site stretching, body mechanics, and injury prevention sessions.
• Perform Ergonomic Assessments: Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Educate and Empower Employees: Coach employees on self-care, mobility, and safe work practices.
• Collaborate Across Locations: Support multiple premium client sites, building trusted relationships with employees and leadership.

Shift Details

• Part-time, 14–16 hours/week, Monday–Friday
• Roaming PT position
• Option to increase hours over time if desired

What We’re Looking For

• Active Minnesota Physical Therapy license
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience (orthopedic experience preferred)
• Independent, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable with non-traditional hours and traveling between client sites
