What You’ll Do:

• Implement individualized OT treatment plans developed by licensed Occupational Therapists
• Guide clients through ADL-focused activities, fine motor exercises, cognitive tasks, and functional routines
• Teach families strategies, safety techniques, and simple home modifications to enhance independence
• Participate in interdisciplinary team communication to keep care aligned and effective
• Complete clear, timely documentation to support clinical excellence and compliance

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle
• Home care experience preferred—but we provide training for motivated COTAs ready to grow
