Done Right. --- Position Overview We are seeking an Experienced Rigger with strong technical knowledge, exceptional situational awareness, and the ability to lead or support safe and efficient rigging operations. This role performs machinery moving, critical lifts, equipment setting, and load handling using forklifts, telehandlers, skates, jacks, hoists, and other rigging systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver, has great communication skills, and thrives in fast-paced environments—especially data center, industrial, and commercial job sites. --- Key Responsibilities Plan, set up, and execute rigging operations for machinery moving and equipment installation Read and interpret lift plans, load charts, blueprints, and equipment specifications Select and inspect rigging gear, ensuring all equipment meets safety and job requirements Operate forklifts, extendable forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging skates, toe jacks, and related equipment Signal crane and equipment operators using standard hand signals and radio communication Perform job hazard analyses (JHA/AHA) and daily safety check-ins with the crew Execute load control, balancing, and maneuvering of sensitive or high-value equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite Represent Ceros with professionalism in front of clients, contractors, and GC/EC partners Assist with warehouse organization, tool maintenance, and equipment staging Travel to job sites (regional) as required --- Qualifications 3–5+ years of professional rigging experience (industrial, commercial, data center preferred) Strong understanding of rigging fundamentals, load dynamics, and safety best practices Ability to communicate clearly with operators, supervisors, and team members Valid Rigger and Signalperson Certifications (NCCER, Crosby, or equivalent) Forklift/Telehandler certifications (OSHA-compliant) Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in demanding environments Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience with machinery moving, heavy equipment setting, or industrial installation --- Preferred (Not Required) OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 Experience working inside live or new-build data centers Ability to lead a small crew on rigging tasks CDL or experience around cranes --- Why Join Ceros?
