Business Analyst, IT Clinical - Nearshore

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for one of our largest medial device clients. In this role, you will serve as part of our Global Clinical Operations Technology team. This role focuses on analyzing, evaluating, and testing/validating clinical systems, primarily Electronic Data Capture (EDC) to enable the implementation of new configurations that support system enhancements and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with iMedidata/RAVE, collaborating with stakeholders to determine needs, gathering and writing accurate requirements, drafting test scripts and acceptance/regression testing contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Skills and Requirements

-4+ years of relevant experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems such as iMedidata/RAVE, including custom function reporting and testing.

-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across business and with technical stakeholders.

-Skilled in writing system requirements and test scripts, as well as executing and documenting testing activities.

-Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and apply effective problem-solving skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced, dynamic projects.

-Familiarity with system change documentation tools and processes such as SCR, GSM, and JIRA. -Bachelor's degree in related field

-Experience in the clinical research, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.

-Experience with VEEVA Vault CTMS, ToolBox, SharePoint, WindChill is a strong plus
