About the Role

Being part of the Spa Operations team will be part of the team that oversees our mid-sized, 60-person team and ensure an outstanding guest experience. The first six months include an immersive rotation through all departments—front desk, reservations, guest services, and technical operations—to fully understand our systems and culture. This structured, four-season onboarding prepares the Director to step confidently into full operational leadership.

Position Overview:
The Spa Director will oversee all spa operations, lead and support department managers and staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and has a deep understanding of spa operations, hospitality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily spa operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 60 staff across multiple departments
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Uphold strong team culture and communication
  • Monitor financial performance, set goals, and drive revenue and profitability
  • Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with all regulations
  • Implement marketing initiatives and promotions in collaboration with leadership
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Foster an environment that reflects the spa’s values of wellness, hospitality, and excellence

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of management experience in a spa, wellness center, hospitality, or similar industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience managing large teams and complex operations
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and revenue management
  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a busy environment
  • Passion for wellness, guest service, and team building
