Micah Abigail LLC is seeking an experienced, dependable, and confident Senior Customer Service Representative to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in customer communication, handles complex situations with professionalism, and values being part of a collaborative, high-standards team.

This position is in-person to start. A hybrid schedule may be considered after 90 days based on performance, reliability, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a consistently positive client experience
  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Assist clients in understanding their credit scores and credit repair progress
  • Handle escalated concerns, complaints, and cancellation requests with empathy and efficiency
  • Accurately document all interactions and updates in the CRM
  • Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach during difficult conversations
  • Support team standards and contribute to process improvements as a senior team member

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (call center or in-office environment preferred)
  • Background in credit repair, finance, mortgage, banking, or related industries is a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and accountability in an in-person office setting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, phone-heavy role

Compensation

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
