Job Title: Radiology Technologist
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Every other weekend | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Includes 1 week of call
  Hours: Standard full-time (per schedule)
  Pay Rate:

• Local: $1,837.50 Weekly (<50 miles)

• Travelers: $2,325 Weekly

Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to perform routine radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable imaging procedures across diagnostic departments, nursing units, outpatient areas, and the surgery department. This role requires strong technical expertise, patient care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographs according to physician orders

• Work across multiple areas of the Radiology department

• Ensure radiation safety for patients and staff

• Assist with front desk operations and hospital computer systems

• Report equipment issues to managers and Clinical Engineers

• Schedule radiology exams and communicate with supervisors as needed

• Coordinate patient transport using centralized systems

• Retrieve and manage patient exam information

• Collaborate professionally with other hospital departments

• Call in on-call imaging associates when necessary

• Document equipment issues and notify appropriate teams

• Assist Radiologic Technology students

• Support equipment QA, regulatory compliance, audits, and supply ordering

• Access patient records as needed for imaging operations

Skills & Experience:

Required:

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Understanding of isolation, sterile techniques, and procedures

• Strong skills in patient positioning and operation of x-ray equipment

Preferred:

• Fluoroscopy experience

Education & Credentials:

• Graduation from an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program

• ARRT certification

• BLS (AHA)
