Growing investment management firm seeks full time Client Service Representatives. This position will work from our ROI Beaverton and Lake Oswego offices.
ROI Financial is a boutique investment advisory firm that offers sophisticated investment management and active financial planning. You will be assigned to support clients assisting them with applications, appointments, and other office duties.
This position is full-time with benefits such as 401(k) with match, medical and dental offered with employer contribution. - Ability to work independently as well as communicative and collaborative skills for teamwork.
Preferred:
- Professional experience in client service with client interaction
- Financial background
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Greet clients before meetings, offer warm reception and schedule follow up meetings.
- Collaborate with financial analyst team in preparation of client meetings (producing reports, gathering information).
- Create meeting agendas, prepare meeting folders, and complete post meeting tasks timely.
- Assist tasks such as opening and closing accounts, adding beneficiaries, transferring assets, move money forms, and consolidating accounts.
- Communicate with clients verbally or in writing to inform or answer operational or administrative requests and inquiries and problem resolutions.
- Monitor and initiate quarterly service requests with custodians on behalf of client.
- Create portfolios in portfolio management system and update CRM (Salesforce) and internal systems with client data.
- Communicate with sponsor companies to acquire forms, policies, procedures and monitor the task progress.
- Oversee the correct execution of client service procedures for the firm. Continually research and implement more efficient and effective policies and procedures for client service/reporting expectations.
