Position Title: Assistant Administrative Services Manager

Work hours: Flex 40 hours per week
Base Salary: Approx. $66,560 per year (based on $32/hour)
Total Expected Compensation (with bonus): Approx. $75,000 per year, plus comprehensive
benefits
We are seeking an Assistant Administrative Services Manager to support the daily operations of
our Administrative Services Department.
This role manages a variety of operational functions—including corporate housing, business
insurance, licenses & permits, facility coordination, and legal liaison tasks—to ensure smooth
and efficient company operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, problem-solving,
and supporting organizational infrastructure.
・Corporate Housing: Handle lease agreements, renewals, move-in/out processes, and
communication with landlords and employees.
・Business Insurance: Coordinate policy renewals, insurance claims, and communication with
providers
・Licenses & Permits: Manage applications, renewals, and compliance documentation.
・Facility Management: Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, vendor communication, and
general workplace safety.
・Legal Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for external law firms, contract review coordination,
and compliance support.
・General Administration: Support office operations, internal events, document management,
supplies, and travel arrangements.
・Strong organizational and multitasking skills
・Effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
・Able to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
・Interested in administrative operations, facilities, or office management
・Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
・Bachelor’s degree, or 2–3 years of administrative or office management experience
・Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
・Excellent communication and coordination skills
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
