Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide daily assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live fulfilling, independent, and community-connected lives. This role focuses on promoting independence, personal growth, and safety while fostering a positive and respectful environment.

Provide daily support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities

Assist with daily living skills, personal care, activities, and transportation Promote independence, community inclusion, and personal development Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive living environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Compassionate, dependable, and reliable individuals

Valid driver's license Ability to pass required background checks GED/High school diploma required No prior experience required; paid training provided
