Wanted: Read Mix Concrete Sales

Since 1946 we’ve been the go-to ready-mix supplier for the 4-State area. Three generations, thousands of pours, and zero signs of slowing down. In fact, we’re firing up two brand-new plants in the next five years — and we need a proven (or soon-to-be-proven) sales professional to own a territory and help us dominate it.

This isn’t a “clock-in, clock-out” desk job. You’ll be:

• Building and farming relationships with contractors, GCs, municipalities, and commercial accounts
• Solving mix-design and logistics problems before the customer even knows they have one
• Writing tickets that turn into decades-long customers

Compensation $40,000 – $60,000+ base salary (commensurate with experience) + The harder and smarter you work, the more you make.

What you bring

• 2+ years outside sales experience (ready-mix or construction materials = huge plus)
• A rolodex (or the drive to build one fast) in the local construction market
• Grit, integrity, and the ability to talk pumps, slumps, and mixes like it’s your native language
• Clean driving record (company truck provided)
