Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing Safeguarding Team. In this role, you will support and enhance our existing safeguarding tool while playing a key role in testing and validating a newer, more robust version currently under development. You will assist with planning, coordination, and execution across the safeguarding program as it continues to evolve alongside new products, legal entities, reconciliation enhancements, and technical improvements. This position offers meaningful exposure to multiple facets of the payments industry and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Finance, and Compliance. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and enjoys tackling complex problems in a regulated environment while balancing strong attention to detail with an understanding of the broader business impact.
