Anew Mind Behavioral Counseling is a growing outpatient mental health clinic in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We provide individual therapy, group therapy, substance use counseling, and medication management to adults and adolescents across New Mexico.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our clinical team immediately.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values strong clinical supervision, schedule flexibility, and long-term growth opportunities, while working in a supportive and collaborative clinic setting.

LMSWs will practice under the supervision of an LCSW Clinical Oversight Provider and may earn supervised hours toward independent licensure.

Hybrid scheduling (in-clinic + telehealth) is available based on clinic needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy (in-person and/or telehealth)
• Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultation
• Collaborate with psychiatric and medical providers
• Support care coordination and crisis intervention as appropriate
• Adhere to all ethical, HIPAA, and NM Medicaid standards

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program
• Active New Mexico license:
• LMSW (supervised) or
• LMHC (or eligible for NM licensure)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Comfortable facilitating both individual and group sessions
• Interest or experience in telehealth service delivery
• Professional, compassionate, and adaptable in a growing clinic

Applicants must hold an active NM license at time of hire. “LSW” alone is not a recognized license in New Mexico. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $55,000–$70,000/year (DOE) or PNR option available
