With over 4 years in operation and big plans ahead, we’re expanding — and looking for the right person to grow with us. We’re currently seeking a hands-on, motivated Site Foreman who’s ready to lead from the front and take charge of our cabin assembly process. This role is ideal for someone with a background in building, leadership potential, and a passion for delivering quality results. What You’ll Be Doing: *Leading the onsite assembly of portable cabins *Supervising and working alongside a small build crew *Delegating tasks and ensuring daily build targets are met *Upholding site safety, quality standards, and best practices *Coordinating with logistics and management to meet deadlines *Maintaining a clean, organised work site *Troubleshooting on-the-go and driving solutions *Supporting the training of new team members What We’re Looking For: *Must be a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) *2+ years experience in the construction/trade industry *Competent and confident using hand and power tools *Physically fit and happy to work outdoors *A team player with leadership and decision-making ability *Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills *Able to work independently and think on your feet *Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality *Health & Safety focused Hours & Pay: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm Pay rate negotiable depending on experience Full-time permanent role with future growth potential Sound like you?
