What We Offer

• $20-$35/hr depending on experience
• ⏱️ Guaranteed 40 hours per week (overtime available)

• Install, service, and repair commercial overhead doors, rolling steel doors, and loading dock equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety compliance
• Work independently and as part of a team in commercial and industrial settings
• Interact with customers and represent the company with professionalism and integrity
  
  

If You Have Experience Or a Background In Any Of The Following Trades, We'll Provide The Training To Help You Become a Skilled Commercial Door Technician

✅ Ideal Backgrounds

• HVAC Technicians - familiar with motors, wiring, and preventative maintenance
• Electricians (Journeyman or Apprentice) - low-voltage wiring, controls, troubleshooting
• Garage Door Installers - experience with springs, tracks, and openers
• Glaziers / Storefront Installers - precision installation, framing, and safety
• Welders / Fabricators - steel door work, brackets, and heavy material handling
• Automotive / Diesel Mechanics - strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
• Locksmiths / Access Control Techs - experience with security hardware and doors
• Carpenters / Framers - comfortable with measurements, cuts, and installations
• Millwrights / Industrial Maintenance Techs - machinery alignment, hydraulics, safety systems
• Fence / Gate Installers or Ironworkers - outdoor work, anchoring, and operator systems
  
  

Elevator or Escalator Apprentices, Commercial Roofing or Sheet Metal Techs, Dock Equipment Installers, or anyone mechanically inclined and ready to learn.
