Job Title: Pediatric Polysomnographer / Sleep Technologist
Location: Greenville, SC 29605 (Must reside within 100 miles of the facility)
Assignment Type: Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule & Shift

• Shift: Night Shift

• Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts

• Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Total Hours: 40 hours per week

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

Compensation

• Pay Range: $45–$52 per hour

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Pediatric Polysomnographer / Sleep Technologist to support a high-volume pediatric sleep laboratory in Greenville, South Carolina. This facility specializes in caring for children with complex and chronic genetic conditions, including Down syndrome and autism, serving patients from birth through age 18.

The ideal candidate will have strong pediatric sleep study experience, be comfortable working overnight shifts, and demonstrate proficiency with Epic EMR. Experience with Nihon Kohden sleep systems is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric sleep studies for patients ages 1–18

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot polysomnography equipment

• Observe and document sleep patterns, vital signs, and clinical events during overnight studies

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and respiratory therapists to ensure safe, high-quality care

• Accurately document patient data and results in Epic EMR

• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Active license in hand at time of submission

• Pediatric sleep study experience required (ages 1–18)

• One of the following certifications:

  • RPSGT (with exemption letter from LLR), or

  • RRT-SDS (with South Carolina state license from LLR)

• BLS certification (current)

• Epic EMR experience required

• Nihon Kohden experience preferred

• Must live within 100 miles of Greenville, SC
