Regional cleaning manager

We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead our cleaning teams across Waihi-Katikati-Tauranga — a full-time role with a company vehicle, and career growth in a dynamic service environment. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to lead our daily field operations and support our continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on service delivery, team performance, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and schedule cleaning teams across multiple residential and commercial sites Promote services to new clients and support business development initiatives Monitor cleaning performance to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained Conduct regular site visits and inspections Coordinate procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Maintain strong client relationships and respond promptly to service feedback Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Maintain accurate records, timesheets, and operational reports Managing company transport vehicles, maintenance schedules, fuel usage and operational logistics. Coordinating the transportation of staffs, machinery and goods required for various contract sites Controlling the selection, onboarding, rostering and supervision of cleaning staff. .About You: • Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning field in NZ • Excellent organisational and time management abilities • Strong knowledge of cleaning industry standards, equipment, and safety protocols • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail • Valid New Zealand full driver’s license • Excellent communication in English • Must be able to work early mornings, late nights, during weekends and some public holidays according to roster.
