We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator at Hyper Health Wellness Center - someone who can connect, educate, and inspire new patients to take the next right step in their wellness journey.

You’ll be part guide, part hype person, and part translator between “medical speak” and “real human talk.”

This Role Is For You If:

• You can have an engaging conversation and gently help people move forward with a decision (close a sale) without sounding like a used car commercial.
• You believe in holistic healing, but you also understand that not everyone is ready to ditch gluten on day one (and that’s okay... it's a journey).
• You’re comfortable talking about hormones, gut health, and stress without flinching.
• You love helping people find hope in their health journey.
• You think “helping people say yes to themselves” sounds like a good day’s work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming new patients to the Hyper Health family (and actually making them feel like it).
• Conducting intake appointments that are equal parts warm conversation and education.
• Walking patients through their personalized treatment plans - in plain English, not medical jargon.
• Following up to ensure people feel seen, supported, and excited (not ghosted).
• Tracking conversions, celebrating wins, and connecting dots between people, processes, and outcomes.
