Home Health Registered Nurse

Location: Orange County, NY

Details:

• Schedule: Days | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• On Call: 1–2 shifts if needed (in addition to patient visits)
• Contract: 13 weeks (potential to extend)
• Weekly Pay:
• Local: $3,409/week ($85.23/hr)
• Travel: $3,631/week ($90.78/hr)

Role Overview:
Provide in-home skilled nursing care across Orange County for a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA). Responsibilities include case management, wound care, IV procedures, patient assessments, and OASIS documentation while coordinating care to support safe and effective outcomes in the home setting.

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• CHHA & OASIS experience (required)
• Home Base Home Care knowledge (strongly preferred)
• Case management experience
• Wound care & IV procedures experience
• BLS Certification
